Bench Press: was 3s x 8r x 65# ... now 3s x 6-8r x 75#. This was over a period of 2 weeks.
Deadlift: was 3s x 8r x 60#, then 75#, and today at 95#! Again, this was over a period of 2 weeks, and, again, due to a better understanding of proper setup and technique... ditto the bench press and squats. (BTW, Deadlifts are awesome. I love them for the way they get into the glutes! Bikini Bottom, here I come... watch out Spongebob!)
Squats: 3s x 8r x 85#, then 95#, then today 100 pounds!!!!
