Renegade: an outlaw, a rebel, one who breaks with established customs and conventional thought. (Think: established customs and conventional thought that are holding you back from all you have the potential to be, are rooted in wrong thinking, or are otherwise a mental -- and thereby physical -- ball and chain).
Comfort zone as in a place where you simply coast and don't challenge yourself because it's too scary, etc.
Keep asking. Keep seeking. Keep knocking. Don't SETTLE for mere status quo or lukewarm mediocrity.
Fitness is not an event... it's a journey.
And, at the same time, REST! Drop that load of having to get it right each time. Toss away the burden of perfection (it's an ever-moving target anyway!). Enjoy the process.
But BE a renegade!
